Thunder Ridge Awards Leading Driver & Trainer Titles
Thunder Ridge concluded the 2016 meet on Friday with Randy D Crisler as leading driver and James Stiltner II as leading trainer.
Crisler had 24 wins in 77 starts, with a UDRS of .504, over the 21-day meet. He was also the leading driver last year at Thunder Ridge. Originally from Crystal Springs, MS, Crisler quickly became a household name in Kentucky and has recently started driving in Ohio. He will now go to Bluegrass Downs in Paducah, KY to defend his 2015 driving title there and Scioto Downs in Ohio. He was followed in driving wins by James Stiltner II, Antonio Love and Tyler Shehan.

Leading trainer James Stiltner II had 19 wins in 89 starts with a UDRS of .449. Stiltner is from Van Lear, KY and races his stable mainly in Kentucky and Ohio. He has won leading trainer and driver titles multiple times at Thunder Ridge. He was followed in training wins by Harley Emerson, Gary Neafus, Geremy Bobbitt, and Calvin Harris.
