Thunder Ridge Eyes World Record
The last day of the 2011 race meet at Thunder Ridge will feature a 1/4 mile dash race on Saturday, May 28th. The current 1/4 mile record on a half-mile track belongs to BRADLEY POND GENE (Praised Dignity-Dewy Wood Chip), set on July 1, 2002 at Summerside Raceway, who covered the distance in 29.4.
Five horses will attempt to break that world record Saturday at Thunder Ridge during the sixth race for a purse of $2,000.

5. Paul T -- Driver James Stiltner II -- Trainer George Anthrop
