Entry Fee: For each horse declared to race, there shall be a declaration fee of $500.00. If a preliminary leg splits in two or more divisions, the declaration fee shall remain at $500.00 per division. For each horse declared to race in the final, there shall be a declaration fee of 1% of the purse ($2,500.00).
